Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations, rescheduling, or no show appointments within 12 hours of scheduled appointments will result in 100% charge of the appointment. Payment for services missed must be submitted before the next booked service. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! These charges go as follow: You get 5 minutes grace period, and at 10 minutes late, a $10 fee will be assessed to you, and at 15 minutes late your service is cancelled and this is the clients responsibility therefore no refund will be issued
