Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations, or no show will result in 100% charge of the appointment. ABSS.llc have a NO REFUND policy. When booking with us, you are purchasing a time slot for your desired service that is non refundable; therefore, be certain that you will show up to redeem your at the time slot of your choosing. Rescheduling has a charge of $30.00 NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We suggest you get here 10 minutes early to take advantage of the full relaxing shampoo service and eliminate the possibility of late charges. These charges go as follow: You get 5 minutes grace period, and at 10 minutes a latem$10.00 fee will be assessed to you, and at 15 minutes late your service is cancelled and no refund.
