CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations, rescheduled, or no show appointments within 12 hours of scheduled appointments will result in 100% charge of the appointment. Payment for services missed is mandatory and payment for new service booked is due immediately.

LATE POLICY:
We suggest you get here early because there are late charges. And the charges go as follow: You get 7 minutes grace period, at 10 minutes late YOU WILL be charged a $10 late fee, and at 15 minutes late you can no longer get serviced and you are still responsible for the appointment.
